Helper

  • Entry-level position for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience while training alongside a laborer or foreman.
  • Assist laborers by preparing and cleaning construction sites according to specific job requirements.
  • Tasks include hanging plastic barriers, vacuuming, safeguarding areas as needed, clearing debris, and loading and unloading equipment and materials.
  • Help set up and take down work site tools and materials, providing a solid foundation for understanding operational practices.
  • Work closely with a laborer or foreman, with the opportunity to eventually operate machinery to complete various job tasks, including concrete removal using specialized equipment.
  • Must handle pressure well and collaborate effectively with others while remaining self-motivated.
  • Ability to travel long distances to job sites, with potential overnight stays.
  • Flexibility for night and weekend work is sometimes necessary.
  • A valid driver’s license is required, along with the ability to pass a drug screening and access to a reliable vehicle.

General Equipment Mechanic

  • Skilled individual capable of diagnosing and handling general maintenance tasks for vehicles and equipment.
  • Proficient in welding or using a torch, painting, mounting and dismounting tires, changing oil, and managing 12-volt wiring.
  • Responsible for prepping equipment for laborers and foremen concerning upcoming projects.
  • Oversee inventory and manage the sign-in and sign-out of equipment for daily operations.
  • Expected to process approved orders for additional inventory through the management team.

Specialty Mechanic

  • Expertise in diagnosing and performing specialized repairs on sawing equipment from top brands like Hilti, Husqvarna, CoreCut, and Diamond Products.
  • Skilled in fixing sawing machinery and repairing engines and generators.
  • Conduct engine diagnostics and order necessary parts for repairs.
  • Experience in restoring core bits to optimal condition.
  • Commitment to ensuring tools and equipment are well-maintained and functioning at their best.

Scanner

  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
  • General understanding of concrete construction, including rebar, mesh, post-tension cables, water lines, and sewer systems.
  • Familiarity with computer-based equipment is essential.
  • Attention to detail is crucial due to the specific requirements of the role.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers both in person and over the phone.
  • Serve as the key link between customers and our team, helping to identify job site needs.
  • Prepared to travel long distances to job sites, with potential overnight stays.
  • Flexibility to be available for shifts throughout the day, with possible night or weekend work.

Salesperson*

  • Dynamic individual with excellent communication skills for connecting with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Experience with saw cutting is ideal for accurately estimating and quoting jobs.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and other detailed visuals for effective quoting.
  • Serve as the key link between customers and staff to assess job site needs and timelines.
  • Thrive under pressure and collaborate well with others.
  • Prepared for potential travel to job sites, including overnight stays.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Project Manager/Dispatcher*

  • Organized and accountable individual who excels at multitasking in a busy work environment.
  • Responsible for scheduling jobs by efficiently handling incoming customer calls.
  • Collaborate with laborers, foremen, and helpers to ensure daily tasks and equipment needs are met.
  • Serve as the crucial link between customers and team members, assessing job site requirements and deadlines.
  • Strong leadership abilities and resilience under pressure are essential.
  • Effective communication skills are a must for this position.
  • Experience in concrete cutting is a plus.
